Covid-19: Guide to Viewings

At Tessa Lang Property we are committed to ensuring we provide a safe environment for our applicants, therefore we have taken several measures to protect against the spread of COVID-19. Included in these measures is a health declaration form provided for applicants who have requested to meet us. We will do all we can to ensure we can fulfil your request in every way and information which you complete will be treated in strict confidence and retained in accordance with our privacy policy at www.tessalangproperty.co.uk/PrivacyPolicy.pdf 
 
Prior to your viewing, an Open House link will be provided, where you will find all information and media including a virtual tour/video. Please make sure all information is viewed in full and the property meets your search requirements before a physical viewing takes place.  
 
During the Viewing 
 
1. All attendees must meet outside of the property. A maximum of two people allowed to attend.
2. Before you enter the property, we/the agent will enter the property, open all doors, turn on all lights and sanitise the door handles.
3. Please adhere to the 2 metre social distancing measures at all times and try not to touch any surfaces in the property. 
4. Please view the property as promptly as possible.  
6. Please come equipped with the appropriate PPE including a mask and hand sanitiser.
