APT tenancies:

Tenancy deposit:

- For APTs with an annual rent above £50,000 - equivalent of 6 weeks' rent
Addendum:
- Change or amendment to terms during tenancy, requested by tenant - £50.00 including VAT at 20%
- Change of sharer during a tenancy - £50.00 including VAT at 20%. (subject to landlord consent).
- Replacement of security keys and devices, cost of devices plus £50.00 including VAT
- Leaving the tenancy on terms other than those provided in the agreed Break Clause gives rise to a tenant obligation to reimburse the landlord for relevant and reasonable re-marketing costs as well as meeting rental and outgoing costs until the tenancy is replaced or the Break Clause may be correctly operated whichever comes first.
Late rental payments:
Arrears charged at 3% above Bank of England Base Rate
(levied from 14th day of arrears period but charged from 1st day of arrears period)
